    CompuBees.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only.

    Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the Internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
    In addition, our on-line system never store our customers' credit card information in the Database to ensure the maximum security and VISA compliance.


  • Money back guaranty / Return for refund
    CompuBees.com provides 21-day satisfaction guaranty to insure your complete satisfaction with our products. All items except otherwise mentioned or outlined on product specification page, can be returned or postmarked within 21 days from the original date of the invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all opened/unopened/defective merchandise returned for refund. Defective merchandises are subject to warranty repair/replacement for the same item. Customers who do not want an item repaired or replaced can request a return for refund. However a 15% restocking fee will be accessed to the refund. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.


  • Sales Tax
    Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within the sate of California


  • Order Status
    You can always check your order status on our website by logging into your account. CompuBees.com will also do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mails. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.


  • Policies are subject to change without notice.
Warranty Policy
  • CompuBees.com warrants the products to be free from defects under normal use and service for the original purchaser. The warranty period starts from the date printed on Invoice. All service returns must be received by CompuBees.com on or before the warranty expiration date.


  • CompuBees.com does not support the manufacturer's warranty on any product beyond one year unless otherwise stated. For any manufacturer who offers a warranty on products exceeding one year, it is the Buyer's responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer for any repairs of the product beyond the first year of warranty.


  • CompuBees.com does not take responsibility for the manufacturer warranty, if for any reason the manufacturer does not cover their warranty.


  • Defective products will be replaced with the same product if the same product is still available. Otherwise, CompuBees.com reserves the right to decide whether to repair the defective product or to replace it with a similar product.
Void of products warranty
  • Products physical damaged due to user abused or improper handling


  • Attempt to repair or rework the product without written consent by CompuBees.com


  • Deface or remove the original manufacture warranty seal or serial number
RMA policy
  • Original receipt is required for all return for refund or RMA replacement / repair service.


  • Customer need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the product back to CompuBees.com. All returns without RMA number will not be processed


  • For RETURN FOR REFUND, all items except otherwise mentioned or outlined on product specification page, must be returned or postmarked within 21 days from the original date of the invoice. No refund after 21 days from the date of the invoice.


  • A 15% restocking fee is charged on all opened/ unopened/ defective merchandise returned for refund. Defective products are subject to warranty repair/ replacement for exactly same model. Customers who do not want an item repaired or replaced can request a return for refund authorization, however a 15% restocking fee will be accessed to the refund. Items found not to be defective may be subject to additional fees


  • The original shipping charge is not refundable


  • Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the SHIPPING LABEL of boxes containing the returned product, not the carton. Please do not write RMA number(s) on the carton.


  • Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to CompuBees.com. All items returned must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Any products damaged during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all risk of loss or damage for the return product during shipment.


  • Customers agree to bear all return shipping charges. All RMA returns must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipment or any out of country shipment requiring a Brokerage or Customs fee will be accepted. CompuBees.com will return ship to customer via regular shipping method and pay shipping charges to destinations within USA or Canada only. Customer pays all balance. Any other shipping arrangement will cost extra. CompuBees.com will pay no Brokerage, duty, customs fee, V.A.T. or any other fee except return shipping charge.


  • Some manufactures provide direct services to end-users. It is recommended whenever possible customers return item(s) directly to manufacturer for service which greatly improves the turnaround time. Some manufacture pay 2 way shipping for repair/replacement products. Customers may be referred directly to certain manufacturers to process RMA's directly. Customers will be notified at the time of requesting RMA service.


  • Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.
